You use your own API key to run the models. Anthropic bills you directly; AgentLoom doesn't resell tokens — we just monitor the usage your key reports. AgentLoom charges a flat monthly fee for the delivery system, so the loop keeps running — picking backlog items, executing resolution sessions, handling review and CI, repairing post-merge regressions, and feeding follow-ups back into the roadmap. You set the autonomy ladder and the gates; AgentLoom decides what runs, when, with what context, permissions, memory, and next state. Each plan includes a monthly bundle of the agent work AgentLoom will orchestrate on your behalf; top-up packs and opt-in auto-fill add more, and a per-run cap stops any single run from running away. AgentLoom doesn't replace Claude Code — it compounds it.

Seats are free; plans scale by how much of that work AgentLoom orchestrates in a billing period.
