Terms of Service

The agreement that governs your use of AgentLoom — the accounts you create, the repositories you connect, and the agent work you run.
Last updated: July 14, 2026

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgentLoom website, dashboard, and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

AgentLoom orchestrates AI coding agents that run against repositories and other systems you connect, across the software delivery lifecycle. The Service depends on third-party systems you authorize — including source control, cloud, and AI model providers — and on the access you grant to them.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials, for the access you grant AgentLoom to connected systems, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

Model access and your keys

AgentLoom operates on a bring-your-own-key basis for AI model usage. You are responsible for your model provider account, your API key, and any usage and charges the provider bills you directly. You must comply with the model provider's terms. AgentLoom charges its own fees for orchestration as described on our pricing page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights.
Access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or circumvent its security or usage controls.
Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

Your content and repositories

As between you and AgentLoom, you retain all rights to the code, repositories, and other content you connect or that agents produce on your behalf (“Customer Content”). You grant AgentLoom the limited rights necessary to operate the Service — to access, process, and act on Customer Content to run the agent work you request. You are responsible for having the rights needed to grant that access.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by AgentLoom and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing agent work before relying on it, and for the review, testing, and merge gates you configure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentLoom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid AgentLoom for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
